This is a level one class intended to teach NEW students or reteach level one foundation skills. Your level one pole class is the most important class you can take. This is where you learn your foundation. In this class there will be no inverting of any kind, however we will prepare you. This class will have 30 min warm-up W/ overall body conditioning, in addition to discussions about movement anatomy and bio mechanics. Students will be encouraged to participate physically & verbally . This is a 4 pack. IMPORTANT NOTE: content will overlap from week to week in classes and also from volume to volume because proficiency is created through repetition.
