"FLUSH THE FORMAT" A deep dive inside leg hooks

This class was a special request by students after it originally aired on September 6, 2024. The class got so much attention that Jeni decided to re-shoot the class. She calls it "flush the format" because the outline and structure of the class is different than normal. Jeni starts with a 30 minute warm-up, followed by extensive conditioning and flexibility exercises to support your inside leg hook. Students are then guided through the techniques, both on the floor, and on the pole.
