This class will be very informal and done outside in the backyard while I am on vacation. These will be 45 minute classes that will be shot through the basic WebCam built-in to my laptop. There are no fancy bells and whistles. The goal of this 45 minute stretch and conditioning class is just to check in with your mind and body each day to remind us how good we feel when we are healthy and moving. You will need a yoga, mat, two yoga blocks, and a Thera band. THIS CLASS IS A SNEAK PEAK INTO MY NEWEST CLASS CALLED ACCOUNTABILITY
