Absolute Beginner Heels POLE & FLOOR 6 wk

Absolute Beginner Heels POLE & FLOOR 6 wk

This is a 6 week series for Absolute Beginners and instructors are looking to help students understand how to properly dance and platform stilettos. You will learn the fundamentals of dancing properly in shoes, starting on the floor and then moving to the pole.
Each class is approximately 2 hours with a 35-40 minute full body warm up focusing on over all strength and flexibility. When you put on the shoe, added strength and flexibility is required for so many reasons, all of these reasons you will learn in the six week series. Included in each class will be different conditioning drills for the ankles and feet both executed in and out of shoes.
Maybe you want a sneak peek into a LIQUID MOTION CERT ? Each week will focus on a number of Liquid Motion Heels fundamentals and techniques.
The fifth week you'll be given a customized conditioning plan to make your training easier to wrap your head around.
In the last week we put together a routine incorporating all of the skills techniques and moves we learned over the last five weeks.
This is an unbelievable value! our Black Friday sale is priced at $175 for over 11 hours of content. As of Saturday, November 25, the price will go up to $225 which is still an incredible value considering what you're getting.
All recordings will have multiple camera angles and fast forward in slow motion options so that you can hone in on what parts of the class need your attention and fast through what maybe you already understand.

All recordings are downloadable, so they are yours forever. They will never expire..
The six week session is some thing that will hold value and constant throughout your entire movement journey. The Contant included in these classes is not some thing that you do and move past. It is something that you will continue to do as overall maintenance and conditioning for the body.
this contents value will always be relative .
ENJOY :)
