THE SHOULDER STAND TIPS

This class was introduced to shoulder stand split. One of Jenny and Liquid Motion signature moves. She will go through a full 40 minute conditioning warm up that includes exercises that are specific to the shoulder stand. In addition, Jenny will break it down into sections, allowing students to work on each piece over a period of time. Students must be able to execute a plow forward and backward shoulder roll.
